HYROX

HITT CIRCUIT

Junior Performance Academy (JPA)
The X8 Junior Performance Academy is designed to help young athletes build strong foundations in movement, strength, and athletic performance. Our structured classes focus on developing coordination, speed, agility, and confidence through age-appropriate training. With expert coaching in a supportive environment, we aim to inspire the next generation to move well, perform better, and enjoy training. Strength & Conditioning
Our Strength & Conditioning classes are built to develop total-body power, resilience, and athletic performance. Combining strength training with targeted conditioning, these sessions improve mobility, stability, and endurance while building lean muscle.
